The 2nd Regiment of Royal Marines is the second of two grenadier regiments of Royal British Marines, mustered in Portsmouth, England, on January 3, 1745. They are currently detailed to the Palace of Westminster and Westminster Abbey, under Colonel Francis Brighthall, NPC. Under Colonel Brighthall is Lieutenant Colonel Benjamin MacDonald and Major Scott Brigham.
